You're equating the pharmacy with the pharmacist. If the pharmacy is choosing to carry the drug, then obviously the pharmacy wants to sell it. If one of the pharmacists they hired refuses to sell it, then they are going against the pharmacy. If that particular pharmacist owns the pharmacy, then obviously they wouldn't have decided to carry the drug in the first place, in which case they'd simply say "We don't carry that here, sorry."

This is really stupid. If a pharmacist owns a business it's their choice what they sell. It's retarded to say that this is wrong simply because a religious organization COULD buy a pharmacy. Obviously the market would provide an alternative, since there's money to be made.
I agree. Stupid.
Scientologist may be your favorite punching bag, but I've never heard them taking a stand againt pain medications, just against psychiatry and psychiatric drugs.
