I think they flipped a switch in me when they compared abortion to terrorism. I'm not too sure on the current legislation regarding the morning-after pill in the States. Is it still illegal to get it over the counter? Ridicu-fucking-less. Jeez, they just won’t give up will they?

I don't even know where to begin on this one. I mean, what is this, the 13th century? Where can I apply for my chastity belt? This would be absolutely unacceptable if it was applied to any other type of medical treatment outside of reproductive services. So let me ask this: Is it against anyone's religion to prescribe Viagra? Do men get turned down for vasectomies? I'm guessing no. Nice double standard - screw us women (pun intended) out of the opportunity to be responsible for our bodies, and force US to be accountable, but NOT the guys? Why? Because guys will come up with this crap, but they sure as hell won't take it! It's sexist, misogynist, and unfair to all the unwanted children that will result because of it. I am personally pissed. How can women sit there and tolerate being told what to do with their bodies? How is it that these very personal decisions are now being made by the state? I thought the Republican party was the party of LESS government, not MORE. Without idiotic religious dogma to twist peoples' ideas about their bodily functions, this wouldn't even be an issue. It would just be another part of standard health maintenance. And that's the way it should be. Christ on a freaking crutch. I don’t even know where to begin on this one. And that she needs to bury the afterbirth herself in her backyard. (or neighbors, I guess if she lives in a condo) That works till some Christian housewife gets a Hmong pediatrician and tells her she has to give birth while squatting over a dirt floor.
